Kozhukattas and Dim sums

Good morning my friends. I have had a long busy day and so am not going to write much. Shall we talk about kozhukattas today. I don’t cook anything complicated and so don’t make any. I know what you are thinking, it is not complicated. Well the nearest thing we get here are the Chinese dim sum steamed buns. You can get them with savoury or sweet fillings. When done properly they are mouth wateringly soft and delicious. And I know the perfect place to get them in Chinatown. So that’s my first choice where I take my friends and family who visit. I’ve been to the Chinatowns in Toronto and NYC and even the dumpling places in China. But nothing can beat our ones.

I once had the opportunity to transfer a patient on a RAF Chinook Helicopter. It was one of those ‘MasterCard’ moments. I don’t know if you’ve seen the advert where there are some things money can’t buy and for everything else there is MasterCard etc. Anyway it was an amazing journey and I can talk about it next time if anyone is interested.
